Postage

Hi, I’ve sold an item. The listing specified large letter at £1.55. When I go to create the label it states the buyer selected small parcel at cost of £3.50 but only paid £1.55. It won’t let me change the postage option? I’ve cancelled the £3.50 label so that’s pending but I can’t post it without being out of pocket myself. Any suggestions please as the eBay ‘bot’ in customer services is no help. Thank you

There is no £1.55 large letter in Simple postage as it has no tracking and all simple post is tracked.

If you are selling something that is exempt from Simple, then when you list the CUSTOM POSTAGE option should appear,

The buyer can't select something that is not on your listing.  

The issue has come up because you are trying to buy postage through eBay.  You should just have gone to the post office to get the postage.
