My buyer has already paid postage, but Ebay are trying to charge me as well. I cannot print the address label without paying more money.

If you listed with Simple Delivery buyer pays, then the buyer pays ebay for the postage and ebay provides you with a free label.

Have you not received a link to that label or QR code?

Which item was it?

The last item you sold (boxed cake slice etc.) is shown as being sent with Evri Tracked and not Simple Delivery.

So, the buyer's payment of £2.94 for delivery should be paid to you for you to buy the postage label with.
