Postage

Postage states 3.50 ,when buyer paid ,paid 3.50 ,but then I got charged 87p,we t to post item and label.only covers a letter ? What do I do ? Thanks

That's odd.   Your listing has £3.50 postage on it.   Can only suggest you cancel transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy again.   The alternative would be to pay for the postage yourself and then change the tracking number on the listing.
