Hi, there seem to be a problem on delivery on an item I have sold, item number is  396743996096, I posted the item an buyer has no received the item, looking at tracking it says there has been an attempted delivery, I have explained this to the buyer but he is asking me to resolve this an I am not sure how, as it’s been posted internationally please can you help me resolve this, many thanks matthew

I do not know what buyer expects you to do, deliver by hand perhaps!

According to the system if tracking shows as attempted delivery that is good enough for you to win any not received case.

 

Surely as in the UK if delivery is attempted some sort of note is left for buyer to rearrange delivery. There is nothing you can do from the UK, you do not even know who tried to deliver.
