Postage

A buyer has purchased 16 items from me and combined the postage which has generated one label on simple delivery. However I cannot fit all of the items into one package so not sure how to post all these items. Can anyone advise please?

Best thing is to cancel transactions with buyer's agreement and relist however many items you can fit in one parcel on each listing.
