Postage

Hi!

I’ve sell my first item last week!☺️ I have to send it via prepaid label, but the Post office has issues for scanning the barcode.
I decided to send it via Royal Mail 2nd class. 
I spoke with the buyer and she already received the item , but my account is not showing this. 
How can I resolve this issue?! How can I change that information?!
My money is on hold because of that!

Change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.   The buyer will be automatically refunded for the label in 30 days.

However, as a new seller it's possible ebay will hold the payment anyway for up to 30 days.
