Postage

Hi all , 

what’s happened to postage ?

I’ve listed items and my postage cost , I’ve sold the item and generated a label on my Royal Mail app and postman came with the label and collected (I’m housebound) 

Ive tried adding tracking and getting the oops it’s not you it’s us message.

Then I tried to click

postage and it says buyer has generated a simple label ? And I can’t cancel that as they’ve paid for it .

have they blanket changed postage on items listed as mine have been listed for some time and they sell when they sell. 

this means I’ve paid £3.75 I think and postage has also been docked out of my earnings!

any help appreciated !

EBay emailed about not being able to add tracking but it didn’t tell me the postage was paid print label here - just saying the item needs posting .  Very confusing. .

as I say used to generate label the post man would bring and pay collection .

This gets worse! 
all my items listed are for simple delivery of £3.38 or something ! Next to heavy items I def listed with parcel force for £10.99 

I have no choice but to delete the lot as they won’t even allow me to revise postage and add my own carrier. 

any ideas when this happened ? I’m now frantically searching how many times buyer paid their fee and I e also posted item using R.M & collection .

This is rubbish !
