Postage to USA

Hi, had a sale over the weekend and item is heading to USA - cannot send via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, only DPD or Evri but requirements state buyer's email must be provided but ebay won't let this information be shared between buyer and seller. 

Any info much appreciated.

Bearing in mind the requirements coming into force shortly and items being returned from the USA if not complying, I think it would be wiser to cancel the sale to  avoid wasting money sending to the USA if there is a risk of being returned, leaving you having to give a full refund, and losing out on the postage.
