I placed a £10.00 postage charge as item weights approx. 2kg and this was for next day delivery tracked. It has sold through the Global shipping program and I am only being given £3.70 towards postage - clearly I will be out of pocket and even if I print the label it will not cover the postage. Am I required to cover the postage myself?
