Postage to Germany

Hi, I’ve just had a message from someone in Germany asking about postage, I am part of the Global shipping so how can I let them know the cost of an item to Germany

Looking at one of your items, it does not give cost to Germany just to ask seller.

To me that means you are not using GSP.

You can post direct to Germany avoiding the extra cost, all you then need to do is work out method and cost of postage to Germany..

Hi, thank you for your prompt reply. I have GSP on most of my listings so if I were to click on one of my listings please could you tell me were to look to find if I’ve listed using GSP. Thank you.

GSP isn't working correctly on the UK site,if your buyer looks for your item on ebay.com the GSP price will show in the postage section,example of one of your listings below
