Postage saying £6.99 whatever i choose

Hi evertime I list an item if I choose free postage or £3.99 when I look at the listing its saying £6.99  charge to the customer never had this problem before any ideas what I am doing wrong please

Just looked at items listed yesterday, and seem to be various postages quoted, although they maybe automatic relists.
