Postage refund

Seller asking for paypal account details to send postage charges. Not aware that this is acceptable. Thought this would be done via partial refund option.

Yes,  they do not require your PayPal details,  just ask them to make a partial refund, if they're unsure how, direct them to us here,  we can explain the procedure.

Be aware,  eBay do not get involved in postage matters,  so there's nothing to enforce the seller to make this partial refund, if they do not wish to.

Also point out to seller that making a partial refund through ebay and he gets a refund of the fee on the amount he refunds.

He would not get that if using paypal.
