Postage refund

Buyer gave me wrong address so item returned back to me. She wants to cancel order but wants a full refund including postage iPad to send the item.

Seller posts to address provided by ebay with  payment details, NOT an address provided by buyer.

All she has to do is open a not received case, and unless you have proof of delivery or attempted delivery to buyers registered address then you will have to refund in full.
