Postage not combining at checkout

Hi

The issue I am having is with buyers being able to combine postage at checkout.

I have settings that allow the following:

If you buy two of the same item; postage reduces to one amount as I have combined postage set up with next item for £0.00 additional postage.

But

If the buyer wants to purchase the two of the same plus a one of a different item they are charged two lots of postage. One postage for the two of the same and another one for the different item.

This is causing lots of missed sales and I can’t work out how to rectify!

I should point out if it helps my main website is Wordpress (woo commerce) with a exporter app to run the stock etc on eBay;  there are no other issues and I don’t know if its setting issue at the eBay side or at woo commerce side??

Any help would be appreciated as seem to be going around in circles!!

Combining postage on ebay is a site issue, it's not working.

You can either cancel the sale and list again containing all the items in one listing for the buyer to buy,or once the buyer pays for all of them, you can send them a part  refund
