I’m getting frustrated with postage labels.
I list an item with a certain postage eg Royal Mail large letter, the buyer pays for a normal letter (so 87p) saying ‘buyer selected’, then the only option for the postage label is small parcel or Yodel door to door, which is considerably more, and significant when the item I’m selling is less than £5.
I can’t work out how to change the postage label cost, it seems there is only one option.
Is there a way of changing it? And can the buyer just choose a postage option which doesn’t cover the cost?
