Postage label mistake

Hi. Just sold an item. I went to Post Office  and did royal mail tracking. What i did not realise is that buyer had generated a label already and had a tracking code. He has received the item but its still showing as waiting to be dispatched so concerned I won't get my funds which are currently pending. How do I go about sorting this?

To mark the item as dispatched open the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label.   It will remain unused.

Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

Even without doing that the payment will be released after 14 days.    If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
