Postage label help

Hi I'm posting a large item and the parcel force postage option offered shows as 109x70x0cm - why does it show a dimension of 0cm?

Where are you seeing this, ebay or Royal Mail.

Always look at RM website, never use anything that is showing on ebay.  Buy postage at post office if in doubt..

It's on eBay when selecting postage- I normally buy postage labels from them.
