Hi, a buyer bought an item off me a month ago but asked me not to post it for 4 weeks as they were abroad. I’m due to post it this weekend but the label and QR code has expired. The option to get another label does not work. I’m unsure what to do in this situation. Any help appreciated. Thank you.
