Is there a way with this simple delivery system to cancel a label and buy another one? What I really want to do is have a parcel collected as its too heavy to carry to the post-office (no car). I've tried EVRI and can't get through to anyone and the simple label option that is on ebay now doesn't seem to give the option for collection. Is there anything I can do or do I really have to carry my oversize heavy parcel to the drop-off location?
