I recently made a sale and although it is very clear that the buyer had already paid the postage (confirmed on the invoice), but ebay wouldn't let me print the postage label until I paid the cost. I wrote asking for a refund from them but got no response. Any thoughts on how best to pursue this would be appreciated. Thanks.
