Hi guys...I'm really struggling to get hold of eBay and non of there options appeal to what it is I'm trying to trouble shoot....I listed an item for £150 but eBay sent a buyer an 13% offer with out my consent and the item sold for £130 so I lost £20...

Does anyone know a email address or a number to call....

You can request a callback on here:

But I doubt they will do anything.    You must have had the "Allow Offers"  auto-accept switched on.   You have to switch it off during the listing or revising process.
