Why is the postage more expensive when you print the label.
EBay provides the postage option & sizes but charges more when printing…
I selected postage which gave me a cost of £4.06 yet on printing I have paid £6.98.
I had excess postage to pay on another parcel because the weight was wrong. It said 1.00gm & the parcel weighed 1300.00gm, yet I had selected the up to 25kg postage. There is nowhere to add the weight or dimensions, you are given the maximums & you select the correct one for your parcel.
