Postage costs insufficient

Hi all.

Ive sold a large wooden item.

Buyer selected her own postage option and price (approx £3).

i feel the postage price selected will be insufficient to cover the cost of the postage when I go to the post office tomorrow.

is it the buyers responsibility to check postage price, as well as any outstanding amount due?

Or mine as the seller?

Thank you.

Sue

Looks like you using simple delivery.

You have ensure you put correct weight and size of packed item in postage details when listing item.

Buyers can only chose options on listing, most often the cheapest.

Re: Postage costs insufficient

Seller is responsible for postage. Surely you have bought on ebay and when it comes to pay, you can only pay what seller has quoted.

You cannot ask buyer to pay more.
