Postage confusing…

I recently made 2 sales and posted via Royal Mail, not realising that eBay had set EVRI as the dispatchers on my account.

although they have both been delivered and positive feedback left for me, eBay don’t recognise as delivered and are withholding funds. 
how do I get around this?

Can you not update/change the tracking via the hub under the paid and dispatched area?

If not its 14 day h old of funds.
