Postage changing upon offers on Buy it now listing.

Hi, I have an item up at buy it now with additional postage, when getting offers through before viewing the offer the displayed screen it now says or best offer with free postage. is this standard practice ?

Offers are for item price only. 

Buyers still pay any postage listed.
