Hi, anyone know how to get a postage refund on a cancelled item? I bought the postage through eBay and refunded the buyer but can't find out how to get my postage refunded.
Go to Selling/Orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select cancel or void Label. The refund will take between 5 and 7 days to process.
