Postage Policy / Rate Table Problems

I can set up a Postage Policy using flat rate prices for UK and overseas shipping. No problem.

However when I make a Postage Rate Table for overseas shipping, and select this rate table within the Postage Policy, I receive the following error message when I try to save the Postage Policy...

Invalid request - please correct and try again

I have played around with every possible variable in the Postage Policies and Postage Rate Tables, but I simply cannot create a Postage Policy which includes a Postage Rate Table.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Okay,

eBay Uk has been recently altering Item's Location to be more detailed (without informing Sellers & this caused problems when listing. I sorted this out by changing from Lancashire UK to town name, UK).

As a test only for item located in NZ  -  I tried entering item location as Auckland, New Zealand. Then I created a Business Policy which showed a few postage options for an item coming from outside of UK (with different weight/sizes).

Also, the Postage Rates section was available to be set up on the listing.

When I checked the advert, I had made it was showing as okay for item situated in Auckland, NZ with a postage option from outside UK.
