Postage Labels

I have recently purchased an item from the USA (I am British) and the seller has sent me an image of a pre-populated postage label for me with an address in the USA. I have never lived in the USA, all my address boxes on my account show my address as the one where I live so I am at a loss as to a) how this has happened and b) how do I prove that she has the wrong address. I have sent her a copy of my purchase confirmation showing my address but she is a bit reticent to use it. The item is a few hundred pounds.  I have tried to contact ebay but the chatbot is saying that I can't communicate live as the system is down. Please can someone give me some advice on how to solve this mystery. Thank you.

Probably best thing is to ask her to cancel/refund the transaction and relist for you to buy again.   Hopefully the same thing won't happen twice.   You can check with ebay first if you like using callback on here:

You need to find out if the seller is using Ebay's Global Shipping Programme.  If they are, then your purchase will go to a hub in the USA before being forwarded to you.

What is the address?  Is it Glendale Heights?
