In a bit of a 'Catch 22' situation here.
Sold two items together which were marked as collected along with the collection code that was given to the purchaser.
However, on my Orders page there is a 'Post Now' notification for the items that were collected. Everything regarding the order appears to be complete - including the fact that the items were collected - but there remains the 'Post Now' notification.
I am a little worried that there will come a point in the near future when the system decides the items haven't been posted (even though marked as being collected) and a refund issued to the purchaser.
Have tried resolving the issue via Ebay help but the automated response system is completely useless in this case.
