Post item later date

Hi 

 

my buyer has requested that I send the item on the 28th of may however now the order is processed and says need to be posted by the 22nd 

 

Do I have to do this ??

They should have asked before buying.   You don't have to comply but if the buyer is going to be away the item could end up being undelivered and lost in transit.   

 

The late dispatch would cause a defect on your account so if you decide to agree it's best for you to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement  (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your sold list) and relist nearer the time for the buyer to buy and pay again.   

 

Or you can cancel (using reason "something wrong with buyer's address" - nearest there is) and not sell to the buyer but put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Either way the unused Simple Delivery postage label will automatically be refunded in 30 days.
