Post is more than buyer paid

Hello,

I always send items by Evri for 2,94 and now buyer also paid 2,94 for postage but when I want to pay for postage there is 5,81 and I can't change it. Did somebody has that problem?

Evri do seem to load up a surcharge on  postage when it's sent to , out and out places like the Highlands and Islands,  Channel Isles for example,   when you buy postage from eBay.

If you use Royal Mail buy online , or from the Post Office,  postage is the same for anywhere in the whole of the UK.
