Hi everyone. How you doing? 
Please could someone help me with this? 
If I include postage in the price for an item I am selling when it sells am I free to get the label where I like? 
I am trying to check that E Bay do not take what they think the post should be off my selling price. Do I get the full price I am selling the item at? 
I ask this be because E Bay have stopped offering some couriers that I know are cheaper and are good. 
I can then sell my items slightly cheaper and so promote sales.

You will still get the simple delivery postage label to use.

If you offer Seller Pays for postage the old ' Free Postage' method,  you will still be given the Simple Delivery label if you are then selecting to use you own delivery / postage service.

Here then,  you'll need to manually cancel the label and do this within 14 days for a refund of that unused label.

You'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used.
