Positive feedback vanished

Hi,

I've been away from eBay for sometime and thought I'd rejoin as I had some bite to sell. I made my account about 11 years ago but I can see that although I have (10) it also says I have no positive feedback. Admittedly it's been years since I logged in but that's going to look pretty bad now for a buyer that I have that when I did have 100% years ago.

does feedback expire or something? And also I've listed two items but I can't see them on the search, but says they're active.

is this normal? Apologies for the questions I've been away so long it's all changed lol.

cheers

You are correct ,  and also correct in saying that there have been some big changes on eBay.

Did you know that PayPal is no longer used for the receiving of payouts from sales?  eBay Manage Payments now,  and all sellers have to register for this,  to be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

See here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Contact them this way.

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

 https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Unless I'm right in thinking it only shows 12 months feedback? So of course I'd have 0 in that time.

Well I have never heard of feedback expiring, but while you opened account in 2013 and shows as 10 When looking at tye details it shows you have left 10 but only shows you receiving as a buyer 7 and as a seller 0.

If you now intend to sell, you must registber to sell as there have been very big changes in the last two years.

Thank you. So although it says they're active they are not? Should I cancel them then as I have auctions up for 7 days and if it takes a few days or so to confirm the bank by depositing stuff then seems pointless them being up if they are not visible.

all seems confirmed my end though and didnt say anything about having to wait a certain amount of time for them to do checks.

appreciage your quick response!
