Purchased item from seller and eBay have place policy violation on my order the same day as I ordered 21 march and now I cannot get my refund after contacting seller .. no answer… reported seller…no update …contacted eBay customer service who are delaying my refund by stating they cannot see my emails or the issues reported and frustrated that eBay were aware the items were not authentic and eBay are stating to wait for the fake item and then send it back to which I stated that trading standards woukd be involved. Seller has various colours of the bag on website but when I purchase the colour I wanted and looked back on the sellers market to find that there were no other colours and that the seller did not open any of the bags to verify authentication and £90 out of pocket eith eBay taking long to refund my money despite placing this violation policy on the seller as clearly there are issues with the authentication of tge bags

Your only course of action to get a refund is to use the money back guarantee as appropriate.
So you either report it as item not received, or if you get it and it is not as described, you open a return case.
There are no shortcuts to a refund.

Yes, despite that.
The policy violation does not mean it's a fake. It could just be that the rights holder doesn't want their items sold on ebay.
