Re: Policy Violation

Which item was it?  I've looked through your sales and they are mostly beautiful jewellery nothing there that's obvious to a policy breach ?

If you are not selling an identical item I wouldn't worry, but to be clear what this breach was contact eBay Customer Services to explain.  Only contact CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Re: Policy Violation

It Was A Metal Wolf With Imitation Fang Pendant Necklace, Nothing Sharp, Did Not Come From An Animal Or Can Be Used As A Weapon. But After I Sold It They Decided That They Wanted Remove It. Thank You For The Info.

Re: Policy Violation

That's the trouble with those over eager eBay bots they see a word like Wolf may think it's real , they see a word like fang and think it's real,  putting 2 + 2 together to make 5 , they then remove the item.

You could try and relist it ,  taking out those 2 words see if it lists, but if the restriction says do not relist under any circumstance , then heed that warning!

Re: Policy Violation

This is the trouble with ebay using bots. or AI, neither of which are intelligent, only humans can apply common sense.
