Hello, Recently I had a very bad experience with Royal Mail in the fact once again they lost an item I had ordered, I mistakenly believed that the discussion and rating I gave was about the delivery and then I found out it was about the seller. I wanted to give the seller a positive rating and royal mail a negative rating, and sadly I got it wrong. I accept that this was my fault for not checking what the feedback was about. I have messaged the seller to apologise and I have not heard back. I have never given negative feedback against any seller. This neutral feedback was aimed at royal mail not the seller. This seller has now blocked me. If this seller reads this then I ask respectively that you read my message to you. I did not set out to give you neutral feedback, the neutral feedback was aimed at the delivery service. Thank you.
