Pick up code? what the hell are they?

A buyer just picked up an item so was going to mark it as picked up but ebay want a code, what code is that?

The buyer is sent the code when they pay through Ebay.

Message the buyer to ask for the code - it is your proof that they collected the item they bought.

eBay have banned cash on collection so to prove collection and receive the online payment the buyer receives a code in an email and is supposed to give it to you when they collect.

You can ask them to give it to you via message.    If not if they paid online via ebay you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released.
