Phone sold

So i sold my phone to a someone on ebay no issues with getting payment landed in our pay pal and sent it to our bank 2 weeks later the say the an issue with the phone the a crack on the screen and they have taken it to multiple phone shops to have it check over because i asked what was up he said it works fine but they is a crack. Why go to multiple shops when the first one apparently said that what the issue is was no issue when we sent it.  Why it taken 2 weeks to say  the issue and also I have had payment  so I requested it to be sent back to me i paid the postage for them to send it back . He bombarded me with messages I said I have to speak to ebay.  Any way I said to my hubby and he said ill deal with it he asked him what the issue as we can't see it on our photos and it and it was packaged well but if he sends it back we have photos videos  sending it and also photos putting it in the box delivery and he said he wanted everything back so we could inspect it and once we are happy he can have the refund. I called ebay to put notes on my account as it just doesn't sit right with me and they said they saw the messages and that we done the right thing.  So now 5 days in and he not even sent the phone. Yes they have till 5th dec. But if he doesn't want it you send it back straight away.  My gut says he was expecting us to give the refund straight away with out asking for it back.  So annoying as I want the phone back so I can check it and re sell it. Before Christmas. They was no marks on it so if they is that him marking it.

I have message last night and said when you sending the phone. He read and ignored 🙁.  Obviously we have to wait till 5th December but he was message on message before my hubby messaged  him

I think you will just have to wait for the buyer to post the phone back.

I really would not message them and chase them - they have a deadline from Ebay which they will have to stick to if they want a refund.
