As there is no tracking number or collection code which is given to buyers on listed Collection items, there's no need to contact CS as they will tell you the same, that is, your payout for that sale will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release.
Feedback only helps to release payouts sooner, if the value of the item is £25 or less.
