Personal Delivery

Instead of using the DHL delivery, I am going to delivery it personally.

How can I cancel the DHL delivery, prove its been delivered and receive payment.

You will have to cancel the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with collection by buyer on the listing for them to buy and pay again. 

Treat the delivery the same as collection by buyer and ask the buyer for the code when you give them the item.  See "Proof of collection" on here:
