I been trying to get a payout and l cannot find payment schedule l have followed the robots instructions and getting nowhere can you help. Also is there a telephone number for ebay customer services

Click on Payments tab, then click on the arrow on the right of the pop-up box you'll get and select Withdraw.

Then along the top you will see a row of tabs and Payments.

From Payments click on Summary  any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you.

Click on that > you may need to log in again, then on the pop up screen which appears click on Withdraw.

Money is then sent to your bank and it depends on your banks processing times,  as to when it is then available for you, most banks can process the payout quickly.

There is no phone number for eBay it's a Call Back option.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. - 6 p.m.
