Message from ebay Customer Service - MC011 action required - Payouts on hold. I contacted ebay staff on chat and they told me to reply to this message, but unfortunately I can't. There is no field to enter text, nor a send icon anywhere. I checked on the app and also on the computer in Chrome and Opera browsers. Please help, what can I do in this situation?

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I suspect the issue is that you are trading illegally as unregistered business seller.

Ebay probably want proof of where you buy items from.
