It is clearly saying that my payouts will be released on 2nd nov but still not sent

I know it shouldn't matter in this digital age,  but you may just need to wait until tomorrow.

Payout holds may be held longer for new and returning sellers, could be 30 days.

What time did buyer pay? It is still the 2nd so may still be released within 24 hours.
