Payout

I am member from 15 years and never was so unhappy with ebay. Is getting worse and worse. 

A month ago I sold item, I sent payout to account. After 3 days I realised that ebay payout to my old bank account which one I am not using from 4 years, even on ebay I am paying from new one. I change the account details for new one and still nothing. 

I even spoke with ebay customer service and guy hung up, he even didn't try to help me. 

I was waiting for letter from old bank that money are with them, even that I am not leaving in a address when the old account was set up. Nothing. 

I contacted ebay and they told me that I need to contact old bank. I spoke with the bank and they told me they didn't received any money from ebay. Nothing. 

They told me to call ebay and told them to ask for refund the money, because customer complain and that account is closed. I spoke with ebay customer service on Thursday, she told me that she will make a note on my account. 

No information from then, no money, no nothing. 

Like money are vanished and no one is guilty. 

Any advice?

Check these links, section by section to confirm that your Current Bank account is correctly registered for Managed Payments and funds are not on Hold ---

Contact your Bank/Card issuer --- unallocated Monies to closed accounts will usually be held awaiting your  instructions.

If eBay managed to send a payment to an old bank account then it must still be open and you should be able to access that bank account and withdraw the funds.

If you closed that old bank account down then the money will bounce back to eBay, and to the correct bank account that you've hopefully updated now.

I spoke with the bank, old one, and no money come to this account. 

And it is already one month when my money are no wear to find.

My account is verified and there is no information about payment on hold. 

This information I have from ebay.

How do you know that the money went to that old account?

When you go to payment section on ebay you can see where your money been transferred. You can see bank name and last 4 digits of the bank account.
