Payout on hold because I moved countries.

maybe someone can help.

I had setup my ebay account 16 years ago when I lived in Germany.

I am not living (and using Ebay as buyer) for more than a decade in the UK.

My payout is on hold because I need to confirm my bank account, however the only option I get presented with is on the German Ebay with a German bank account (which I don't have). 

I have already long time ago changed all my addresses within Ebay etc.

Can anyhone advise or help?

You will need to contact eBay Customer Services for this as only they can now help with changing an account to match a change of country abode.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
