Payout in App not working

Hi I am getting the error attached. I m in the UK why do I have to change to US?

The app is  having issues and an announcement see below, showing that the app is now only supported by Android 20 and higher.

You could remove the app and just use the browser there,  or you may need a PC / laptop and use Chrome,  this works well with eBay.
