Payoneer wrong country

Trying to sell an item for the first time in a quite a few years, don't have the managed payment set up on my account so I've started that but when I get to payoneer address page, the country is set as qatar. I'm in the UK and always have been! No idea where it getting that from and I can't change it or go forward. Can anyone help?

Resolved. 

Ebay account address was full UK address with QA listed as country at the end.

the account you are posting from is registered in Qatar.

You will not be able to sell in any event unless you have managed payments set up.
