Payments on hold

Is anyone else having massive issues getting paid. I'm sick of being told my payments are on hold when I haven't changed any details?

It's all to do with new buyer protection fee.

Private sellers get paid 2 days after tracking shows delivery. 

Except ebay system is not updating tracking, so you have to wait 14 days to get paid.

If carrier website shows delivered  contact eBay CS to complain.
