I recently sent this email to Ebays Assistant but the latter cannot apparently handle it.
"Hi I have recently sold a watch and some fishing reels. I sent the items within a couple of days and the buyers have given very satisfactory feedback. Why do I have to wait untill 4th and 5th April for Ebay to pay me the money they have on hold?"
When this money is on hold it suits Ebay to keep the money and earn interest on it. Is this fair?
How do I get through to Ebay with my queries?

The new rules on payouts have recently changed again, and now are:
For orders shipped through Simple Delivery, you will no longer need to wait 14 days to access your funds if delivery confirmation is not received. If an item is dispatched within 3 calendar days, we’ve reduced the payout time so funds will now be available 8 calendar days from the order date or 2 calendar days after we receive delivery confirmation, whichever comes first. This change will be live by the end of the week.

What happens to all that money that you hold for so many Sellers without
any good reason? What happens to the interest? Why should payment be
delayed unless one has used a delivery system specifically chosen by Ebay?
Are you in fact an Ebay representative?
