Ok so I started selling my items on eBay since last month properly however I've made and sold the correct number of items when will I be entitled to this quick pay within 24hrs as now I'm having to wait for the item to be delivered then waiting 2days it's making the process alot longer than eBay says it should be

Private sellers are under Simple Delivery rules these means  24 hours after the buyer paying those were the new rules from August 6th , it's reliant for the item to be delivered,  unless you are not using Simple Delivery for the transaction.

Have you completed what is required for the above payment to be actioned,  that is, you have :

• Completed at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintained 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months 

It may be because you are selling all Brand New items and so should be registered as a Business Account and not a Private one which is one for selling used, unwanted items,  such as a garage / attic/ wardrobe clear out,  and eBay have noticed this ?

If you wish to continue to sell the items you are selling , brand new games and equipment,  you need to register correctly,  then your payments will not be controlled by SD rules.

Swich your account this way,  you'll keep all your current feedback.

1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
2. Select Personal information. 
3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
